These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkalk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. These Terms apply to all services offered by pkalk, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

pkalk operates as an internationally licensed entity. While these Terms are written in English and tailored for the Bangladesh market, they are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which pkalk holds its operating authorisation. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Player and pkalk.

pkalk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at pkalk.net/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the pkalk platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside pkalk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, the Terms shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement

pkalk is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. pkalk reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be permanently closed immediately. Any funds deposited by underage players will be returned via the original payment method after verification.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active pkalk account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pkalk employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, and balances held therein may be forfeited pending a formal review.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkalk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. Players may be required to submit a government-issued identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), a proof of address document, and/or a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used. Verification documents may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by the pkalk compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkalk account credentials, including your username and password. pkalk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify pkalk immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkalk accepts no liability for losses arising from a failure to keep account credentials secure.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkalk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to eligible Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions. pkalk does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. pkalk reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional offers, and any such adjustments will be clearly communicated at the point of deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of pkalk's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures. Withdrawals to a method other than the original deposit source may be permitted following successful KYC verification and compliance review. pkalk processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — such as BPL season finals or major T20 tournament dates — may experience slightly longer processing times.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, pkalk may require full identity verification as described in Section 2.4. Players who have claimed a bonus or promotional credit must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

3.5 Transaction Integrity

All funds deposited into a pkalk account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from third parties into your pkalk account, is strictly prohibited. pkalk may request evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder. Any transaction flagged as fraudulent, charged back, or disputed through a payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers made available through the pkalk platform are intended for recreational players. pkalk reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are suspected of bonus abuse are not eligible to claim promotional offers. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, and time limits.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets or promotional credits are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the Player must wager the total bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳15,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is available. Wagering on certain game categories — typically live casino table games and sports accumulators — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's terms.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements within the expiry period will be removed from the Player's account automatically. pkalk is not obligated to notify the Player prior to bonus expiry.

4.4 Abuse & Misuse

pkalk takes a firm stance against promotional abuse. Actions constituting abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts; using bonus funds exclusively on low-margin bets designed to artificially meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers; and using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements. Where pkalk reasonably suspects abuse, it reserves the right to void bonus credits, withhold winnings, and close the relevant account.

By using the pkalk platform, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Open or operate more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party;
• Use the platform if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law;
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated tool in connection with play;
• Engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed through pkalk;
• Launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial activity;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any member of the pkalk support team or other players;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the pkalk platform;
• Use a VPN, proxy server, or other means to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent regional access restrictions.

pkalk monitors all account activity continuously. Any account found to be in breach of the obligations outlined in this section will be subject to immediate suspension. The Platform will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in connection with any investigation into fraudulent or criminal activity linked to a player account.

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on pkalk — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games such as Fortune Tiger and Limbo from Spribe — operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming infrastructure. pkalk does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider and are available in the game's information panel.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on pkalk — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers matches, football, and kabaddi — are governed by pkalk's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a disputed result, pkalk's decision is final. Bets placed on events subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds being displayed, pkalk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the Player at the time of placing the bet. Winnings paid out as a result of a system error that pkalk can demonstrate would not have been awarded under normal operating conditions may be reclaimed from the Player's account balance.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each game and betting market on pkalk carries its own minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface or market listing. pkalk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who are found to be systematically exploiting high-limit markets in ways inconsistent with normal recreational play may have their individual wager limits adjusted at the Platform's discretion.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their pkalk account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before closure is completed, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Bonus balances and promotional credits are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 7 days up to a permanent ban. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period. 7.3 Suspension by pkalk

pkalk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; the Player has provided false registration information; or the account is linked to a self-excluded player or a known problem gambling profile. Upon suspension, pkalk will conduct a review and communicate its findings to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

7.4 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by pkalk following a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player. Bonus funds are always forfeited in the event of a Terms violation.

8.1 Platform Availability

pkalk strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any of its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or events outside pkalk's reasonable control — including but not limited to power failures, network disruptions, or regulatory actions — may cause temporary service interruptions. pkalk accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or inaccessibility.

8.2 Gambling Losses

The Player acknowledges that gambling involves risk and that losses are a natural outcome of gaming activity. pkalk does not accept responsibility for any financial losses sustained by the Player as a result of gambling on the platform, provided the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms and applicable fair play standards. Players are solely responsible for managing their own gambling activity and expenditure.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The pkalk platform integrates third-party game content from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. While pkalk takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and integrity of all integrated content, it does not accept liability for errors, outages, or misconduct originating from third-party game providers. Any disputes regarding game outcomes should be raised with pkalk support in the first instance.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold pkalk, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiry of your pkalk account.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkalk holds its operating authorisation. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkalk's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer rights available to you under applicable Bangladeshi law.
